Privacy Policy

This website (https://supoclip-01.dev.hadiwicaksono.my.id) is a private, self-hosted video clipping tool operated by Hadi Wicaksono ("I", "me"). It is built on the open-source SupoClip project but is not run by, or affiliated with, SupoClip or supoclip.com. Sign-ups are closed; the only user is the operator.

It turns my own long-form videos into short vertical clips and, when I choose to, posts those clips to my own social media accounts, such as TikTok.

• Account data: the email address and password hash for logging in to this app.
• Videos and clips: the videos I upload or link, their transcripts, and the clips generated from them, stored on my own server.
• TikTok data: when I connect TikTok, the app receives my TikTok display name and avatar (to show which account is connected) and access/refresh tokens (to post on my behalf). After posting, it reads view, like, comment and share counts for the videos I posted, to show them on the Analytics page.

Access tokens are stored encrypted. Nothing is posted to TikTok without an explicit "Publish" click.

Data is not sold or shared for advertising. It is sent only to the services needed to do the job: TikTok (to publish clips and read their stats) and an AI model provider (to transcribe and choose clip moments from the video's transcript).

Data is kept on my server until I delete it. Disconnecting TikTok in Settings > Social Accounts removes the stored tokens; access can also be revoked at any time in TikTok's app settings. Deleting a task deletes its videos and clips.
